• Nalgene sustainable bottles are made using innovative Tritan Renew resin. The chemical composition of Tritan Renew is identical to that of Tritan, but 50% of the Tritan raw material is derived from recycled plastic.

• Traditional mechanical recycling involves shredding and melting plastic waste, downcycling it into other applications. However, due to the degradation of physical properties, these recycled products cannot be recycled again and eventually end up in landfills.
