(hereinafter "the Company"), which provides product sales, information browsing, member services and other related services in accordance with these Terms of Service, the Refund Policy, the Shipping Policy, the Privacy Policy and other relevant rules announced on this Website.
Please read the following terms carefully before using this Website. By browsing or using this Website, registering as a member, placing an order for products, or using the services provided by this Website, you indicate that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all or any part of these Terms, please stop using this Website and its related services.
1. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
1.1. These Terms apply to all browsing, member registration, product ordering, payment, delivery, returns and exchanges, after-sales service and other related conduct arising from your use of this Website.
1.2. The product information, promotional content, service descriptions, FAQs, shopping guidelines and other announcements published on this Website, together with the Refund Policy and the Shipping Policy, all form part of these Terms. Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, and delivery by the Shipping Policy.
1.3. Where an individual product page, promotion page or special project service on this Website contains special terms, such special terms shall apply first; matters not covered therein shall still be governed by these Terms.
2. Amendments to the Terms
2.1. The Company may, based on operational needs, amendments to laws and regulations, service adjustments or transaction security considerations, amend, add to, delete from or update these Terms from time to time, and will announce such changes on this Website.
2.2. Amended Terms apply to use and transactions occurring after the amendment. Orders already formed shall be handled in accordance with the terms agreed when the order was formed, unless otherwise provided by law or agreed by both parties.
2.3. If you continue to use this Website after these Terms are updated, this indicates that you agree to the updated Terms.
3. Account and Password Management
3.1. If you create a member account on this Website, please keep your account, password and related login information safe. Do not provide your account or password to any third party for use, and do not share your account with others.
3.2. You shall ensure that the information you enter or provide on this Website is accurate, complete and kept up to date. If an order cannot be formed, the goods cannot be delivered, you cannot be contacted or your rights are affected because the information is incorrect, missing, outdated or incomplete, you shall bear the related responsibility yourself. A refund that is delayed because refund details are wrong or incomplete is handled under Section 5 of the Refund Policy.
3.3. If the Company reasonably determines that any of the following applies to you, the Company may require you to provide necessary information to complete identity or order verification, and may suspend, restrict or terminate the use of your account, cancel orders or refuse to provide services:
(1) Providing false, incorrect, incomplete or unverifiable information.
(2) Creating multiple accounts, registering an abnormally large number of accounts, or creating accounts using similar, patterned, sequentially numbered or linked information.
(3) Suspected misappropriation of another person's data, impersonation, or use of another person's payment instruments or delivery information.
(4) Suspected reselling, stockpiling, malicious ordering, interfering with the fairness of promotions, or affecting the normal operation of this Website.
(5) Violation of these Terms, laws and regulations, good faith in transactions, or rules announced on this Website.
(6) Other circumstances that the Company considers necessary for transaction security, risk control or the protection of third parties' rights.
3.4. If your violation of these Terms or the law causes damage to the Company, other users or third parties, you shall be liable for compensation for such damage.
4. Personal Data Protection
4.1. The Company will collect, process and use your personal data within the scope necessary for specific purposes in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws and regulations.
4.2. The categories of personal data we collect, the purposes, recipients and period of collection and use, and your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act are described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Product Information and Order Formation
5.1. The product name, price, contents, specifications, model, color, size, material, applicable use scenarios, stock status, delivery method and other relevant information presented on this Website's product transaction pages form part of the transaction terms.
5.2. Product images may differ slightly from the actual product due to photographic lighting, screen settings, batch variations, manufacturer revisions or packaging changes. The specifications stated on the product page, the manufacturer's labeling and the product actually shipped shall prevail. Nevertheless, the Company will make its best efforts to ensure the accuracy of product information.
5.3. After you complete the ordering process on this Website, the Company's system may automatically send an order placed notification, order confirmation notification or payment notification. Such notifications only indicate that the Company has received your order information and do not mean that the Company has agreed to accept the order.
5.4. Unless otherwise expressly agreed on this Website, the sales contract between the parties is formed when the Company confirms acceptance of the order, sends a shipping notice, delivers the goods to the logistics provider, or actually ships the goods, whichever occurs first.
5.5. Before the contract is formed, if any of the following occurs, the Company may refuse to accept the order, cancel the order, or contact you to adjust the order. If you have already paid, the Company will process the refund under Section 7 of the Refund Policy:
(1) The product is out of stock, discontinued, sold out, cannot be restocked, or the supplier is unable to supply it.
(2) The product price, specifications, stock, promotion, discount, shipping fee or payment information is displayed incorrectly due to a system error, human input error, data synchronization anomaly or third-party service anomaly.
(3) The order contents, payment status, recipient information or delivery method is abnormal, and confirmation cannot be completed after notice from the Company.
(4) The user is suspected of malicious ordering, stockpiling, reselling, abusing discounts, abnormally large purchases, duplicate ordering or affecting the fairness of promotions.
(5) Payment is not completed, payment fails, payment information is abnormal, or there is suspected fraudulent card use or misuse of payment instruments.
(6) The delivery address cannot be served, is outside the delivery area, or the logistics service is unable to complete delivery.
(7) Other circumstances in which cancellation or refusal of the order is necessary in accordance with the law, these Terms or transaction security considerations.
5.6. The Company may set purchase quantity limits per person, per account, per order, per address, per payment method or per period for specific products, promotional products, limited-edition products, discounted products or high-demand products. If a limit is exceeded, the Company may ship only up to the limited quantity, or cancel the order for the quantity exceeding the limit.
5.7. Product quantities on this Website are limited, so please complete checkout soon after you choose your items. Adding a product to your cart does not mean you have purchased it. If another user completes checkout first and the product sells out, the system will notify you and you will need to remove the product from your cart.
5.8. Popular products may sell in large numbers within a short time, so the quantity sold on the Website may exceed the stock on hand. We ship in the order in which orders were completed. If your order is affected, you may choose one of the following:
(1) Pre-order: when new stock arrives, we ship your order first.
(2) Cancel the order and keep your place in line: we will notify you as soon as the product is next in stock. Refunds for cancelled orders are handled under Section 7 of the Refund Policy.
6. Payment and Invoices
6.1. The payment methods, payment deadlines, payment procedures and related restrictions offered on this Website are as shown on the checkout page or announced on this Website.
6.2. The payment methods currently offered on this Website are credit card (single payment or installments), ATM virtual account, LINE Pay and bank transfer. Credit card and ATM virtual account payments are processed by ECPay (綠界). The methods actually available are those shown on the checkout page. You shall complete payment according to the instructions of the payment service provider and this Website. You shall bear the risk of order delays or cancellations caused by incorrect payment information, late payment, or processing delays by banks, ECPay, LINE Pay or other payment institutions.
6.3. The Company will issue invoices based on the information you provide in your order. If you require an invoice bearing a company tax ID (Unified Business No.), an e-invoice carrier, a donated invoice, a paper invoice or other specific invoice information, please fill it in correctly at checkout. If the invoice information needs to be changed after the order is formed, this must be handled in accordance with the e-invoice rules of the Ministry of Finance and related regulations, and the Company cannot guarantee that every change can be made.
6.4. For delivery methods, shipping fees, outlying-island and overseas delivery, and how we handle incorrect recipient details, damaged outer boxes and similar cases, see the Shipping Policy.
7. Warranty and Repairs
7.1. Warranty terms, warranty periods, warranty coverage and repair methods are as announced by each brand manufacturer, distributor or supplier, or on the product page.
7.2. Warranty service in principle applies only to defects of the product itself occurring under normal use. The following circumstances are not covered by the free warranty; the Company may refuse free repair, replacement or warranty service, and may provide a repair quotation based on the actual circumstances:
(1) Wear, abrasion, aging, fading, scratches, stains, odors, coating wear or natural changes in materials resulting from normal use.
(2) Use, maintenance, cleaning, storage or operation not in accordance with the official instruction manual, product labeling, safety guidelines or the manufacturer's recommended methods.
(3) Improper use, excessive use, incorrect installation, incorrect disassembly, modification, cutting, self-repair or unauthorized repair.

(6) Natural disasters, accidents, transport accidents, external damage, animal bites or other causes not attributable to the Company.
(7) Inability to provide proof of purchase, incomplete warranty information, or the product serial number, labels or warranty stickers having been removed, altered or damaged.
(8) Products not purchased from the Company or its authorized channels, parallel imports, products of unknown origin, second-hand products (except clearance items sold by the Company, see 7.5), counterfeits or non-genuine products.
(9) Other circumstances not covered under the manufacturer's warranty policy.
7.3. Before sending a product for repair, please first contact the Company's customer service and provide proof of purchase, photos of the product, a description of the problem and other necessary information. If you send a product without prior confirmation, you shall bear any resulting shipping risks, handling delays or additional costs yourself.
7.4. The time required for repair depends on the product's condition, the availability of parts, the manufacturer's testing process and shipping time. The Company will help track the progress but does not guarantee a specific completion time.
7.5. Clearance items (福利品), meaning second-hand Garmin inReach Mini 2 devices that the Company has retired from its rental service and now sells, carry a 6-month warranty, counted from the day after you receive the item, covering faults that occur under normal use and are not caused by human factors. The circumstances listed in 7.2 that are not covered by the free warranty apply to these items as well.

8.4. Users shall determine for themselves whether a product is suitable for their type of activity, skill level, physical condition, environmental conditions, weather conditions and safety needs. Except where otherwise mandated by law, the Company shall not be liable for damage caused by wrong selection, incorrect use, lack of training, exceeding the product's limits, ignoring warnings or failure to operate the product according to the official instructions.
8.5. For products involving life safety, rope techniques, climbing, rescue, use of fire, fuel, water source treatment, backcountry communication, disaster preparedness or other high-risk uses, users should receive qualified training and use them based on on-site conditions and professional judgment. Products shall not replace professional training, rescue systems, risk management or safety backup plans.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
9.1. Unless otherwise indicated, the intellectual property rights in the text, images, photographs, videos, graphics, trademarks, logos, product descriptions, articles, files, data, website structure, layout design, programs and other content used on this Website are lawfully owned by the Company or the lawful rights holders.
9.2.
