Maintenance service instructions
Thank you for your support of Mabugu! We are happy to provide you with repair services for ZANE ARTS , HILLEBERG and other products sold by Mabugu. Our goal is to help you restore the functionality of your product so you can continue to use your gear to enjoy the outdoors.
Please fill out the maintenance application form first, and then report it on the official LINE. The maintenance time is approximately 7 to 20 working days (excluding holidays), and will be slightly adjusted depending on factors such as difficulty, off-season and peak season. When the maintenance difficulty is higher or in the peak season, additional days may be added. In case of shortage of parts, the maintenance time will be calculated separately.
After receiving your application, we will use the official LINE to contact you regarding the follow-up progress, including the specific situation and providing detailed information on the repair cost and time.
Maintenance precautions
Before requesting repair, please be sure to read the following:
Maintenance product preparation
- Make sure no personal belongings are included in the repair.
- Please remove any attachments that are not necessary for repair (such as tent poles or pegs).
- We are not responsible for personal items left behind in repairs.
- Please ensure that the repaired item is clean of debris and dirt and completely dry before shipping. If the product is so dirty that it affects the repair, we may refuse to carry out the repair and return the item.
- Please clearly mark the repair location on the repaired product (e.g. tie a rubber band)
Unacceptable repairs
Items that are:
- Items that are heavily soiled or have an odor.
- Items that have not been fully dried.
- Items whose product structure has been modified by oneself.
- Items whose materials have reached the end of their useful life, cannot be restored, or cannot be repaired structurally.

When filling out the repair form, please attach clear pictures of the product repair area. After receiving the repair product, we will provide a formal repair quotation. If you do not respond within 14 days of the quote whether you want to have the repair done, we will return the item freight collect.
