Maintenance service instructions

Thank you for your support of Mabugu! We are happy to provide you with repair services for ZANE ARTS , HILLEBERG and other products sold in Mabugu. Our goal is to help you restore the functionality of your product so you can continue to enjoy the outdoors with your gear.

Please fill in the maintenance application form first. After filling out the form, please report it on the official LINE. The maintenance time is about 7 to 20 working days (excluding holidays). It will be slightly adjusted based on factors such as difficulty, low and peak seasons, etc. The difficulty of maintenance Additional days may be added during higher or peak seasons. If there is a shortage of materials, the maintenance schedule will be additional.

After receiving your application, we will use the official LINE to contact you regarding the subsequent processing progress, including the specific situation and providing detailed instructions on repair costs and time.

Maintenance precautions

Before requesting repairs, please be sure to read the following:

Repair product preparation

  • Make sure there are no personal items included in the repair.
  • Please remove all accessories (such as tent poles or pegs) that are not relevant for maintenance.
  • We are not responsible for personal items left in repairs.
  • Please make sure that the repaired items have been cleaned of trash and dirt and are completely dry before sending them. If the product's soiling prevents repair, we may refuse to repair it and return the item.
  • Please clearly mark the repair location on the repair product (e.g. tie a rubber band)

Unacceptable repair items

Items that are subject to the following conditions will not be repaired:

  • Heavily soiled or smelly items.
  • Items that have not been sufficiently dried.
  • Items that have modified the product structure themselves.
  • Items whose materials have reached the end of their service life, are beyond functional repair, or are structurally beyond repair.

When filling out the maintenance form, please attach a clear picture of the product maintenance location. After receiving the repair product, we will provide a formal repair quote. If you fail to reply within 14 days after the quotation whether you want to repair it, we will return the item freight collect.
