Maintenance Service Notice
Thank you for your support of Mabu Valley! We are pleased to provide repair services for products sold by Mabu Valley, including ZANE ARTS and HILLEBERG. Our goal is to help restore the functionality of your gear so that you can continue to enjoy your outdoor life.
Please fill out the repair request form first, and notify us via our official LINE account once submitted. The repair process typically takes 7–20 working days (excluding holidays), depending on the complexity of the repair and seasonal demand. Please note that more complex repairs or peak season requests may require additional time. If parts are unavailable, the repair schedule will be adjusted accordingly.
Upon receiving your application, we will handle all subsequent communication, including specific details and quotes for repair costs and time, through our official LINE account.
Repair Guidelines
Before requesting a repair, please be sure to read the following:
Preparing Your Item
- Ensure that the item is free of any personal belongings.
- Please remove all accessories unrelated to the repair (such as tent poles or stakes).
- We are not responsible for any personal items left inside the product.
- Please ensure the item is clean of debris and dirt, and that it is completely dry before shipping. If the condition of the item hinders the repair, we may refuse service and return the item to you.
- Please clearly mark the area requiring repair (e.g., by tying a rubber band around it).
Items Not Eligible for Repair
We cannot accept items for repair in the following conditions:
- Items that are severely soiled or have unpleasant odors.
- Items that have not been fully dried.
- Items that have been structurally modified by the user.
- Items where the material has reached the end of its service life, cannot be restored to function, or is structurally beyond repair.

When filling out the repair form, please include clear photos of the damage. Once we receive your item, we will provide a formal repair quote. If no response is received regarding your decision to proceed within 14 days of the quote, the item will be returned to you via freight collect.
