Shipping policy
This policy explains how orders placed on mabuvalley.com, which is operated by Mabu Valley Outdoor Co., Ltd. (馬布谷戶外有限公司, "we" or "us"), are delivered: delivery methods, shipping fees, and shipping and delivery times. For returns and refunds, see our Refund Policy; for order formation and other terms, see our Terms of Service. Rules stated on a product page, in a written quotation or in a separate written agreement take precedence.

1. Delivery methods and delivery times

- Delivery methods, delivery locations, and how shipping fees are calculated and allocated are as shown on the checkout page and in this policy.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00; no deliveries are scheduled on weekends or holidays.
- For home delivery, the actual delivery schedule depends on the route the delivery driver arranges.
- Garmin inReach rentals are delivered to your address only and are not available for self-pickup. For the logistics fee (NT$280 in total for delivery and return) and how to return the device, see the rental page.
2. Shipping fees
- Taiwan main island and outlying islands: orders under NT$990 pay a shipping fee of NT$120; orders of NT$990 or more ship free. The free-shipping threshold is calculated on the order amount after discounts.
- Outlying islands pay the same shipping fees as the main island.
- For Hong Kong and other overseas regions, see Section 5.
- The actual shipping fee is calculated at checkout and the amount shown at checkout applies.
3. Shipping time
- Orders ship about 2–3 business days after the order is placed (not counting the order date), excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Pre-order items ship within 7 days after the goods actually arrive.
- Shipments may be delayed during festive holidays when order volume is high, or due to force majeure such as natural disasters.
- No rush orders: we do not offer expedited delivery and do not accept requests to ship on a specified date. Shipping and delivery times are as stated in this policy. The receipt date of a Garmin inReach rental follows the booking rules on the rental page.
4. Self-pickup
- You can pick up your order from us. Address: No. 7-4, Tongliao Ln., Dashe Dist., Kaohsiung City 815, Taiwan (office only, not a retail store).
- The checkout page has no self-pickup option. After you place your order on our website, contact customer service to arrange a pickup time. Pickup is available on weekdays, 09:30–17:00.
- If a shipping fee was charged on your order, customer service will refund it manually.
- Garmin inReach rentals are delivered to your address only and are not available for self-pickup.
5. Hong Kong and other overseas orders
- Hong Kong: you can order and check out directly on our website, and shipping is calculated at checkout.
- Other overseas regions (outside Taiwan and Hong Kong): please contact customer service first. Customer service will confirm the delivery method, shipping fee and timing with you.
- Customs duties and import taxes on overseas orders (including Hong Kong) are paid by the recipient.
- For Hong Kong and other overseas orders, you pay the return shipping. Please contact customer service first about the return conditions; for defective or wrongly sent items, shipping is handled case by case. See Section 9 of the Refund Policy.
6. Delivery details and delivery problems
- Please enter the recipient name, telephone number, address and delivery details correctly. If delivery fails, the goods are returned, re-delivery is required or delivery is delayed because the details are wrong or no one is available to receive the goods, you shall bear the necessary additional costs.
- If, after you receive the goods, you find a damaged outer box, missing items, a delivery error or suspected shipping damage, please take photos or a video as soon as possible and contact customer service through the LINE official account @mabuvalley or by email (service@mabuvalley.com), so that we can investigate and handle it.

When this policy is revised, we update the date on this page. Orders already placed are handled under the policy in effect when they were placed. This policy does not affect any rights you have under the law.
