Q1: Why do we need to use water-kinetic electrolyte solution?
A: Water and electrolytes are the most important factors in maintaining athletic performance and safety. When water loss exceeds 2% of body weight, exercise is directly affected. When it exceeds 6%, there is a risk of shock, rhabdomyolysis, and death. The main effect of water kinetic energy is that it improves water retention and replenishes sufficient electrolytes. According to clinical trial results, compared to water, water kinetic energy effectively increases the body's water retention rate by approximately 120% and reduces water loss to maintain athletic efficiency, performance, and safety. In addition, electrolytes play an important role in maintaining muscle contraction and regulating body functions. According to the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), those who exercise for long periods of time should supplement 300-600 mg of sodium per hour to maintain normal muscle contraction strength and function.

Q2: Is it necessary to use it for general exercise?
A: We recommend using this product with water during intense exercise that results in heavy sweating, exercise lasting more than an hour, or when you're dehydrated or need a large amount of fluid. We recommend using one pack for every hour of exercise, and so on. For example: 1 pack for interval training, 2 packs for long-distance running, and 2 or more packs for outdoor exercise. This product is designed for efficient hydration and electrolyte replenishment. For exercise lasting more than an hour, we recommend using it with an additional energy source. You can also use it with regular drinking water.

Q3: How to use it?
A: The optimal use is to mix each packet of Hydrokinetic Electrolyte Solution with 250ml of water (two packets equal 500ml, and so on). This creates a low-osmotic pressure formula that's easily absorbed by the body. It's recommended to use one packet per hour of exercise, and so on. Recommended times for use are as follows: Before exercise: Store in advance for optimal preparation. During exercise: Replenish regularly to maintain quality and performance, one packet per hour. After exercise: Use quickly to relieve dehydration and enhance metabolism and recovery.

Q4: How is it different from regular sports drinks?
A: General sports drinks are high-sugar, high-osmotic pressure drinks, which are not conducive to the body's water absorption and can easily cause gastrointestinal discomfort. Water Kinetic Energy is a modified medical oral hydration salt formula with a low-osmotic pressure formula that is conducive to body absorption. It has a standard sodium-sugar ratio and 120% water retention. It has been clinically proven and recognized by international journals. Q5: If I take high levels of electrolytes, will this be too much salt?

Alternatively, you can consume it directly. We recommend opening the Water Energy packet before the water station and pouring it directly into your mouth with 1-2 cups of water, or by shaking it thoroughly in a glass of water before use. Because it tastes saltier than mixed solutions, we recommend trying it before training.

Q7: How long can one box be used?
A: Each box contains 12 packs. The amount depends on your exercise habits and training cycle. Q8: What is the recommended usage method when running a half marathon or marathon?
