In addition, the NRG-5 Emergency Food Ration (made in Germany) was showcased, serving as a solution for combat rations, emergency food, and disaster reserve supplies. From "water sourcing" and "water purification" to "food backup," the display presented the critical resources required for early-stage disaster response and medium-to-long-term evacuation support, assisting government units, enterprises, and communities in building more robust disaster preparedness.

With rising risks from extreme weather, earthquakes, typhoons, power outages, water cuts, and complex disasters, emergency water supply has become an indispensable part of community resilience and disaster preparedness. Disaster response is not solely the responsibility of government and emergency systems but requires the joint participation of communities, businesses, schools, and families. Through rapidly deployable, easy-to-use, and practical water purification and food reserve equipment, it is possible to enhance self-help and mutual aid capabilities after a disaster, reducing the risks brought by water supply interruptions, lack of drinking water, and resource shortages.

During the exhibition, Johann Wille, General Manager of KATADYN Asia Pacific, was invited to give a keynote presentation titled "Building Community Resilience: Starting with Emergency Water Preparation." He explained the importance of emergency water preparation in the disaster response system and shared international experience in emergency water supply, disaster backup, and community safety. KATADYN has long focused on water purification technology for outdoor, military/police, rescue, and disaster response applications. Through this exchange, the company hopes to highlight the importance of "preparedness for immediate use during disasters" to more public sectors, enterprises, and civil organizations in Taiwan.

Following the visit, the Vice President noted that in the face of climate change and various complex challenges, the government will continue to work hand-in-hand with the private sector to strengthen overall social resilience and prepare for a safer future. This direction resonates with the core philosophy of Mabu Valley in investing in disaster prevention supplies, emergency water purification equipment, combat rations, and the rescue market.

Disaster prevention should not stop at slogans but must be concretely implemented through equipment, education, drills, and daily preparation. From outdoor adventures to disaster response, safe and reliable water, food, and basic equipment are the core of enhancing survival and response efficiency. Moving forward, Mabu Valley will continue to introduce and promote high-quality disaster prevention and outdoor safety products, combining international brand experience with local demand in Taiwan to assist government agencies, rescue units, enterprises, and households in building more comprehensive disaster preparedness.
