The Newport 400c water maker operates very efficiently, using only 15 watts per gallon of water produced (4 watts per liter), so you can run the system on a small generator, solar, wind, or batteries. The machine's multi-speed capability allows it to operate in high-speed mode for maximum water production or low-speed mode for maximum energy efficiency, making it ideal for onboard power management. When encountering poor incoming water quality, the system automatically switches to low-speed mode to extend the service life of the pre-filter.

With the Spectra Connect controller, you can remotely operate and monitor your water machine, with new features including fill tank mode, customizable auto-run mode, one-touch sensor calibration and recommended maintenance on the dashboard interval.
