The Spectra LB 10,000 Land-Based Watermaker is a desalination system utilizing Spectra Pearson Pump™ technology. This pump technology allows the system's energy efficiency to rival large industrial desalination plants, producing 1,575 liters of drinking water per hour from various water sources. These units can also be equipped with an optional custom PC board controller for fully automated operation.

The Pearson Pump is a breakthrough in pump design, combining a high-pressure piston pump with an integrated energy recovery system. This saves up to 75% in energy by recovering the high-pressure brine energy that would otherwise be wasted. The Pearson Pump's "hydraulic lockout" recovery rate allows the system to produce its full rated volume from almost any water source without the user needing to make any adjustments to the system.

The LB 10,000 is mounted on a sturdy stainless steel frame, with all components pre-installed and tested. This unit offers a variety of configuration options that can be customized to meet almost any application requirement.
