HILLEBERG Niak Tent

HILLEBERG Niak Tent

• An exceptionally simple and lightweight three-season tent, the new Niak redefines expectations for lightweight gear. It is a tent that is both compact and remarkably durable for two people.
• While the dimensions can accommodate two people, its single-door and longitudinal vestibule design may feel less comfortable compared to other Hilleberg two-person models. We recommend the Niak for one adult and one child, or one person and a dog, for a more comfortable experience. Like other Yellow Label tents, it utilizes the ultra-lightweight Kerlon 1000 fabric and DAC NSL 9mm poles.
• The simple two-pole design allows for quick setup and high stability. The front vestibule and fully openable mesh door ensure excellent airflow. Additionally, the space created by the poles between the inner and outer tents promotes ventilation while ensuring the outer tent is tautly pitched.
• Before its official release, the Niak spent 250 days in Scandinavia, the US, the Alps, and Scotland, successfully weathering various conditions. Loved by pairs and cherished by solo users for its lightness, this lightweight and spacious tent will be your top choice for three-season trekking.
• Lightweight and High-Strength Materials: Features Kerlon 1000 outer tent fabric and 9mm aluminum alloy poles, providing extreme weight savings and stable performance for three-season use.
• Three-Season Design: The inner tent is designed with a focus on ventilation, featuring a full-mesh door without backing fabric to provide excellent airflow in warmer climates.
• Excellent Ventilation and Protection: The outer tent features a catenary curve at the bottom, ensuring continuous airflow while providing excellent rain protection.
• Freestanding Dome Design: Uses a two-pole design that requires only the vestibule to be pegged out to complete the setup. The freestanding dome design adapts to various terrains for quick and easy assembly.
• Flexible Space: Provides enough space to accommodate two people plus gear, serving as a spacious "mansion" for solo users.
• Convenient Entrance and Vestibule: Equipped with a single entrance and vestibule, offering easy access and storage space while maintaining a lightweight profile.
• Connected but Separable Inner and Outer Tents: Enables simultaneous setup for a faster and simplified process.
• Optional Footprint: Covers only the inner tent area (excluding the vestibule) and can remain attached to the tent during setup. (Sold separately)
• Inner tent can be replaced with a Mesh Inner Tent. (Sold separately)
• Independent Use: The outer tent can be used alone if desired. (Requires optional pole holders, sold separately)
• Hilleberg developed the Yellow Label series specifically for lightweight use, intended for environments without snow and in milder, warmer climates.

• While the lightweight Yellow Label tents are capable of handling three-season conditions, we recommend choosing a stronger tent—such as those from our Red or Black Label series—for winter or snowy conditions.
