  • The BEAL STAR GATE is a lightweight, solid straight-gate carabiner specifically designed for sport climbing. Unlike industrial auto-locking systems, it serves as a core component for quickdraws or alpine draws, emphasizing excellent handling and smooth rope clipping.
  • Patented Keylock System: Features a snag-free Keylock nose design, effectively preventing accidental snagging when clipping into hangers or removing ropes, significantly enhancing efficiency and safety.
  • Optimized Solid Straight-Gate Design: The straight-gate construction provides consistent tactile feedback and precision, making it ideal for the rope-end or bolt-end of a quickdraw, ensuring clean and snappy clipping every time.
  • Lightweight and Compact Structure: Weighing only 43g, it reduces gear weight while maintaining a comfortable grip and high durability, suitable for long-distance climbs or multi-pitch routes.
  • High Breaking Strength: Offers a longitudinal breaking strength of 24 kN (approx. 2400 kg). While providing the extreme lightweight required for sport climbing, its performance remains robust and reliable.
  • Versatile Compatibility: With a 19 mm gate opening, it is perfect for use with JAMMY sewn slings or DYNALOOP dynamic slings to create custom alpine draws tailored to specific route requirements.
  • Unique idN Coding: Each carabiner features a unique identification code for easy equipment tracking and management.
  • Certifications: EN 12275:2013 Type B, CE 0194.
