This Beal ROPE MARKER is a professional marking ink specifically designed for dynamic and static ropes. For climbers or rope technicians, clearly marking the middle point or ends of a rope is a key detail for ensuring operational safety and preventing accidents (such as running out of rope while rappelling).
Safe and Rope-Friendly: Formulated with a special Beal-developed compound, it contains no chemicals that can damage rope fibers. The manufacturer strongly advises against using standard stationery markers, which can degrade the rope's structure.
New Gentle Formula: The ink has a soft texture that does not stiffen the rope after marking, maintaining a smooth feel during operation.
Extreme Durability and Abrasion Resistance: The ink penetrates the sheath fibers to provide long-lasting markings. It features excellent water and abrasion resistance, ensuring the mark remains visible and fade-resistant even in damp conditions or after frequent friction through belay devices.
High Contrast and Visibility: The deep black ink creates a sharp contrast against ropes of various colors. Whether in dimly lit climbing areas or dusty industrial sites, the marked position remains clearly visible, allowing operators to precisely locate the middle point of the rope.
Precise Application and Quick Marking: The bottle features a roller-ball design (or an easy-to-apply nozzle) that allows you to precisely control the amount of ink when marking the middle point or adding identification numbers, preventing drips or uneven saturation.
