BEAL INDUSTRIE 12 mm Static Rope - Cut to Length

• The Beal INDUSTRIE 12 mm is a large-diameter rope in this series designed for "heavy loads" and "high-abrasion environments." Inheriting the durable and stable genes of the INDUSTRIE family, its increased diameter provides higher breaking strength and a more solid grip, making it a reliable pillar for heavy industrial and rescue missions.
• Top-tier Performance and Safety: The BEAL INDUSTRIE 12 mm is a Type A low-stretch static rope designed specifically for high-load requirements. Its larger diameter offers a higher safety margin and breaking strength, serving as core equipment for heavy-duty rope access, complex system rigging, and extreme industrial environments.
• Ultimate Strength: Boasts an impressive 44 kN breaking strength. The large-diameter construction not only increases the overall tensile capacity of the rope but also provides greater cushioning and safety when facing sudden impacts in extreme environments.
• Superior Abrasion Resistance: The sheath-to-core ratio is optimized, with a thick outer sheath that effectively resists rough edges, sharp structures, and heavy friction, making it a long-lasting choice for prolonged use on demanding industrial sites.
• Low Stretch and Operational Stability: Static elongation remains at a very low 2.5%, performing exceptionally well for a large-diameter rope. This ensures the most precise positioning and minimal bounce during rappelling, ascending, or rigging high-altitude traverse systems.
• Solid Grip: Designed for long-duration operations, the thicker body makes the rope easier to grip, significantly reducing physical fatigue during intense climbing or rope-hauling tasks.
• Long-lasting Physical Characteristics: Through stable fiber heat-treatment technology, the rope maintains a consistent diameter and feel even under repeated stress and harsh weather, resisting the hardening often caused by excessive shrinkage.
• Unique Identification and Color Coding: Equipped with a unique idN serial number and BCC color coding, allowing for easy management of the rope's usage, tracking, inspections, and maintenance to ensure safe operations.
• Certification: EN 1891:1998 Type A, CE.
• Cut-to-length rope - Sold by the "meter." The quantity ordered corresponds to the length of the continuous rope shipped. For example: Order 5 = 5 meters (continuous, uncut)
              Order 10 = 10 meters (continuous, uncut)
If you need the rope cut into multiple segments, please specify in the order notes (e.g., 5 meters * 2 segments).

To protect consumer rights, please note that as this is technical safety equipment, no returns or exchanges are accepted (unless the product itself is defective). Please confirm your order before purchasing!
