Mabu Valley Garmin inReach Rental Pickup and Return Process
When you rent a Garmin inReach from Mabu Valley, you will receive a package containing:
- Accompanying Documents: Includes account information and a quick-start guide.
- Garmin inReach Device: Includes carabiner and charging cable.
- Return Box: Shipping costs have been prepaid.
Important Notes:
- Please verify that all contents are correct upon receiving the package.
- Please read the operating instructions thoroughly before use.
- Ensure the device remains sufficiently charged during your trip.
Device Return Process
- Log Out:
- Log out of the rental account in the Garmin Messenger app on your phone.

Packing the Device:
- Ensure the Garmin inReach device (including carabiner and charging cable) is completely packed into the return box.

Shipping Back:
- Take the return box to the nearest 7-11 counter to ship it out.
- After shipping, please take a photo of the receipt and upload it to the official Mabu Valley LINE account.

Deposit Refund:
- Once we have received the device and confirmed it is in good condition, we will refund your deposit within 7 business days.
