According to the original case, the conflict has made access to drinking water and aid supplies more difficult in the area. There is not only a lack of clean drinking water, but also a shortage of stable electricity, transportation, and fixed water treatment facilities.
Therefore, the equipment must be high-yielding, portable, have manageable power requirements, and be capable of treating water sources of varying salinity to quickly establish supply when infrastructure is insufficient.

Each Aquifer 4000 unit can produce up to approximately 16 cubic meters, or about 16,000 liters, of drinking water per day. The system can process fresh, brackish, and seawater, allowing for configuration based on available raw water conditions.
The equipment is designed with separate components, can be transported by two people, and can operate with a small generator of approximately 3.5 kW. Compared to continuous bottled water delivery, on-site water production allows transportation capacity to be concentrated on initial equipment, fuel, consumables, and distribution facilities, with continuous production using local water sources thereafter.
