COGHLAN'S #9902 SIGNAL MIRROR

In the remote wilderness, sunlight and a good signal mirror are your most powerful communication tools. Designed specifically for wilderness survival, the Coghlan's Signal Mirror features superior reflectivity and patented sighting technology, ensuring you can precisely transmit distress signals to distant aircraft or search and rescue teams.
High-Precision Sight-Grid: Features an exclusive reflective sight-grid combined with retro-reflective technology, allowing you to aim the flash as precisely as a gunsight, ensuring the signal is accurately cast onto the target.
High-Efficiency Reflective Material: Crafted from 0.25-inch reinforced laminated glass, it provides high reflectivity, ensuring the reflected light remains clearly visible even at long distances.
Extremely Lightweight and Portable: With a palm-sized 2 x 3 inch profile and ultra-thin design, it stores easily in survival kits, pockets, or first-aid kits without taking up space.
All-Weather Backup: Provides long-distance communication capability as long as there is sunlight or even dim light.
Durable Laminated Construction: Built for the outdoors, the laminated design enhances the glass's impact resistance, ensuring reliability in harsh environments.

How to use the signal mirror?

Hold the mirror in one hand and look through the central aiming hole at your target (such as an aircraft or ship).
Use your other hand to adjust the angle of the mirror to catch the reflection of the sun.
When a bright spot appears in the sight-grid, the beam is aimed at the target.
Tip: Even if you do not see a search and rescue team, periodically sweep the horizon to increase your chances of being spotted.

COGHLAN'S
