The Beal DYNAPRO V is an asymmetric Y-shaped lanyard with "dynamic energy-absorbing properties." Unlike traditional webbing lanyards, it is made from dynamic rope, providing better energy absorption in the event of minor falls. It serves as a safety cornerstone for rope technicians when passing intermediate anchors or frequently changing attachment points.
Dynamic Rope Characteristics: Constructed with dynamic rope, it effectively reduces impact forces during minor falls, offering additional safety, especially in environments with fall risks.
Asymmetric Y-Shaped Dual-Arm Structure: Designed with asymmetrical arms (one long, one short), giving operators greater flexibility while moving:
- 30 cm short arm: Designed for positioning near an anchor or resting, keeping the body stable and preventing swaying.
- 60 cm long arm: Provides moderate extension, making it easy to connect to the next target while climbing or changing attachment points.
- The dual-arm design ensures that the body always has at least one connection point to the system while "passing intermediate anchors."
Professional Sewn Terminations and Protection: Both connection points feature high-strength machine stitching and are equipped with specialized plastic sleeves. These not only fix the carabiner's loading orientation to prevent flipping but also effectively protect the stitching from abrasion and dirt, making safety inspections more intuitive.
