BEAL AIR TOP Chest Harness

• The Beal AIR TOP is a highly flexible and comfortable "figure-8" chest harness. It is specifically designed to be used in conjunction with the HERO SIT or SHAOLIN sit harness to create a full-body fall arrest system compliant with the EN 361 standard. Its unique figure-8 cut ensures a vertical body position in the event of a fall while providing excellent range of motion during daily operations.
• Figure-8 Ergonomic Cut: The unique figure-8 construction evenly distributes force across the chest while avoiding the armpits and joints, offering maximum arm mobility. Whether performing frequent climbing or large-scale maneuvers, the user will not feel restricted by the webbing.
• Precise Three-Point Adjustment System:
  • Dual-shoulder length adjustment: Equipped with 2 adjustment buckles to precisely set the shoulder strap position according to torso length.
  • Chest attachment point height adjustment: A dedicated single buckle allows operators to position the chest connection point at the correct height based on their height and build, ensuring optimal fall protection performance.
• Reinforced Webbing Fall Arrest Point: The sternal fall arrest point uses high-strength reinforced webbing instead of a metal ring. This design significantly reduces weight and prevents metal parts from knocking, snagging, or causing interference in confined spaces, allowing for smoother movement.
• Seamless Rope Ascent System:
  • Features a dedicated space for a chest ascender, allowing for easy installation of an elastic positioning strap to ensure the ascender remains in the correct vertical load-bearing orientation.
  • Equipped with large elastic loops to neatly stow excess ascender webbing, preventing equipment clutter and operational hazards.
• Usage Note: This product must be used with a sit harness (e.g., HERO SIT / SHAOLIN) and cannot be used alone as a complete fall arrest system.
• Exclusive idN Number: Each piece of equipment has a unique idN number for easy management of usage status and maintenance records.
