1. Recognition and acceptance

5.3. Return and Exchange Instructions

  • 5.3.2. General merchandise can be returned within seven days in new packaging:

  • 5.3.3. Return and Exchange Process:
    • Please contact LINE customer service within seven days to complete the identification and assistance process.

5.4. Notes on Return and Exchange

  • 5.4.1. Only home delivery return is available. No additional shipping fee will be charged for other methods.
  • 5.4.2. Goods will not be returned if they are damaged or have incomplete accessories.
  • 5.4.3. Returns must be made within seven days. No returns will be accepted after this date.
  • 5.4.4. Discount codes will not be refunded if an order using a discount code is returned.
  • 5.4.5. If you request a paper invoice or unified invoice, you must send it back when returning the goods.
  • 5.4.6. Refund Instructions:
    • 5.4.6.1. Credit card: refund will be made to the original card account in about 7 working days.
    • 5.4.6.2. ATM remittance: Please provide complete remittance information.
    • 5.4.6.3. Methods of providing remittance information:
      • Make a copy of the passbook cover and send it back with the product
      • Take a photo of the cover of the passbook and send it via LINE customer service
      • Choose one of the options, refund does not include shipping costs and takes 14 working days.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China, and the Kaohsiung District Court in Taiwan shall be the court of first instance.
